Yes! I participated the 24 Hour Comics Day at Liminka School of Arts.
Here we have the comic I made - and I'm pretty proud of myself, I finished it pretty easily, in the middle of the night, so that I would have had nice amount of potential sleeping-hours left. (Though you can guess it wasn't sleeping I did after finishing this...)
However. This is Halli, a story of the little seal pup. There is some word playing with Finnish again: Halli is a nickname for Harmaahylje, Gray seal, but I've heard peoples calling some dogs, at least Finnish spitzs "Halli". I tried to find some proof for that, but since I couldn't find any, I had to count on my memory and imagination.
There's a little amount of text in the comic also. I wanted to keep the original texts just when there isn't so many words, and they are easy to translate. You will learn some Finnish too! : D
Halli = (well I explained this already)
Äiti = Mother
Ruoka = Food
Koti = Home
Size of one page is A5.
Now when I look at this again, I see there is some cool mistakes too... anatomical or so on, but what can you expect, when I made this with no sketching, but inking it straight on the paper. I won't start whining it more here, but hey.
Did you notice how nicely the mother seal have GROWN from the page 5 to page 24? Oh my.
In this world humans choose and made the shape - and no exceptions are known.
